Training plans for everyday athletes are designed as a road map for success in your target event.
We can create targeted plans for your event or you can purchase pre-made plans.
Training plans are a good way to get you started since some structure and consistency are better than none.
Custom training plans
Set up a Virtual Coffee and we’ll talk about your goals, experience, and time availability.
I’ll create a program that includes endurance and interval work, strength training, and yoga. Videos for yoga will be included.
I’ll set up the program for as many weeks as you need and we’ll figure out the pricing together.
When I complete the training program, I post it on Training Peaks, and you buy it from TP. That way, others can benefit from the same program!
