Yoga for Recovery happens every Monday evening at 7.30 pm (CST).
We do about 15 minutes of yoga mobility work to speed along recovery from a weekend of training and racing.
Try Yoga for Everyday Athletes Tuesdays at 6 am and Thursdays at 6 pm (CST). Your first class is free with code EVERYDAYYOGA.
