Welcome to the Awkward Easy Flow course

You’ll get four yoga sessions about 20 minutes long that are designed specifically to help cyclists and runners improve their mobility and strength. 

These are short, flow-based sequences to make sure you have the time to still get out and train while helping your mobility.

I focus on helping you learn to breathe better with your movement. Inhale and relax the pose, exhale and deepen the pose. 

We also hold the poses for around 10 breaths in the first round, then repeat the flow several times with shorter poses.

Why do I call my yoga videos Paul’s Awkward Yoga?

Watch and you’ll find out! 

No, really, I’m awkward as hell with the grace of a cement truck. 

However, yoga is an incredible tool for cyclists and runners to improve your performance.

If you want to get faster, stronger, and improve your durability as a cyclist or runner, yoga is an effective tool, regardless of your age, flexibility, or fitness level. 

Not only will you improve your movement and mobility, but you’ll increase your breathing capacity and control.

If you, as a cyclist or runner, do regular yoga, you can strengthen your entire body, release tight muscles and joints, and calm your nervous system.

My videos are not professionally produced or recorded. They are just me in my garage “studio” showing you how a not very flexible and pretty awkward dude does the kind of yoga that keeps me healthy.
